- Free Shipping Eligibility
Orders Get free shipping with a minimum order of $300.
- Delivery Time
Free shipping takes about 3-5 business days after processing is complete. Customized items may take longer.
- Order Changes and Cancellations
Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you need to return items, refer to our Returns policy.
- Customization Options
Yes, you can customize many products!
Options include:
- Embroidery/Tackle Twill
- Screen printing/Sublimation
- Rhinestones/ Spangles/Sequin
- Custom Uniforms and Bows

- Custom Items Delivery
Customized items take additional time:
- Tackle Twill, Embroidery, Screen Print: 35 days or less
- Sublimation: 35 days or less
- Custom Bows: 35 days or less
Note: Processing and shipping time is extra.
- Fit Kits
-We recommend ordering a Fit Kit before custom orders. You can return it within 30 days for a full refund. A $200 deposit is required. Deposit is refunded when the kit is returned.
- Package Orders
Uniform, warmup, and practice wear packages can be ordered online or by calling our Sales Department at 1-800-000-0000.
- Payment Options
We accept major credit cards, purchase orders, and checks. Pre-paid cards must be used by phone.
- Promotions & Discounts
Free shipping is available for online orders over $300. Sign up for emails or follow us on social media for updates on promotions.
- Sales Tax Information
Sales tax is applied based on your shipping address and is estimated at checkout. Tax will be refunded for returned items.
- Tax-Exempt Accounts
To create a tax-exempt account, download the application and email it to taxexempt@cheerlyathletics.com. Include your details for quicker processing.
- Backordered Items
Backordered items will ship once in stock. Your card will be charged when you place the order, and you’ll receive an estimated shipping date.
- Local Pickup
Currently, we DO offer local pickup for orders.
