RETURN POLICY
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If there’s an issue, we’re here to help.
Defect Reporting: Please check your order upon arrival. Report any defects or discrepancies within 5 days.
Eligible Returns: You can return eligible items within 30 days of shipment.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Customized items (including special orders and embellished stock items) Clearance and final sale items
- Health-related items (like underwear, makeup, etc.) if opened
- Worn, soiled, or items missing tags or original packaging
Condition of Items
- Items must be unworn and in original condition.
Return Material Authorization (RMA)
You need an RMA number for all returns. Obtain your RMA within 2 weeks, or it will expire. You can get your RMA by calling 1-800-000-0000.
How to Return Items Online
- Log in to My Account .
- Find your order and select items to return.
- Choose a reason for the return and create your return request.
- Print the Return Form with your RMA.
- Pack your items securely with the Return Form.

Exchange Process
To exchange an item within 30 days:
- Follow the return process to get your RMA.
- Once you have tracking for your return, call us to place your exchange order.
- You’ll be refunded once we receive your return.
Additional Terms
- No returns after 30 days.
- Report damaged items within 5 days.
- Returns must include a Return Form.
- Customers pay return shipping unless it’s a defect.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to returns (excluding defects).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Processing Time
Allow 3-10 business days for return processing (not including shipping time). Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Defective Merchandise
Report defective items within 5 days. Return them within 30 days. Photos are needed for quality issues.
